Dan Flavin, 1976, Varese Corridor in the Panza Collection, Italy.

 
 
 

Flavin's work is generally formal... ie light as form... rather than spatial. Typically he does not use projected light, and neither does he in corridor project, but here the lit rooms spill their light into adjacent spaces, and in this way he 'composes', with light, dramatic spatial effects.
